Message: The hotel is just down the street from Mystic Seaport and the aquarium. Easy drive into the downtown area. Rooms were really good, and free breakfast is always a plus. The first room we got was bext to the ice machine and we had to move.

Message: Perfect stopover from Cape Cod to NY. Pet friendly. The rooms are exceptionally clean. The staff was very attentive. We didn't have kids with us, but the free breakfast was perfect for families. The location is ideal. Right off 95. Few minutes to historic Mystic and local attractions.

Message: Nice size rooms. Very clean. Hotel staff was friendly and gave great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. Within walking distance of the village, aquarium and seaport. 15 minute drive from Foxwoods and maybe 30 mins from Mohegan. Daily hot and cold breakfast buffet. Good value for family getaways.

Message: Hyatt Place Mystic is the only hotel you want to stay at in the Mystic Hotel District. The location is right off the exit, bypassing all Mystic Village and restaurant traffic. The staff always remembers Us by first name and books our favorite suite without needing to ask us. The breakfast buffet is the best breakfast buffet at any hotel in Mystic Connecticut and arguably the entire East Coast. Thank you Hyatt place Mystic for yet another stay. We look forward to our next kid free weekend with your beautiful property in August.

Message: The property feels somewhat old. However, the location is def a plus and only a few minutes of driving from the town center. There is ample space for parking. The team has always been accommodating and helpful.

Message: We had a great stay at Hyatt Mystic. The hotel is comfortable and clean and our room was nice and spacious. Free breakfast was great and the outdoor heated pool and free wireless was a nice bonus. The best part of our stay was for sure the service, especially Zuleyka at the front desk! She was always there to answer our questions and help us out in any way she could! Thanks for the great stay!

Message: The facilities here were above average but less than outstanding. The room was adequate and beds comfortable but room layout left a little to be desired. The breakfast was a varied offering but hot food was limited.

Message: Room clean. bathroom was tiny. there's enough space where the sink area is to make the bathroom bigger. was very tight to fit there with a child. asked for regular tea in the lobby, they wanted $2 for same tea that was free for breakfast. Service was OK. location convenient.
